At Canadian Standard Driving School, we offer Ministry of Transportation (MTO)-approved Beginner Driver Education (BDE) courses. Our refund policy is designed to be clear and fair while maintaining the integrity of the program requirements.
1. Eligibility for Refund
- A full refund will be issued if a student cancels their registration before accessing any part of the MTO-approved course (in-class/online or in-car lessons), and the request is made within 10 days of payment.
- Once any portion of the course (including online modules, in-class instruction, or in-car lessons) has been accessed or started, the course is considered "in progress" and no refund will be issued.
2. Course Transfer or Credit
- If a student is unable to continue due to personal or medical reasons, we may offer the option to transfer to a later course session or hold a credit on file (valid for up to 12 months), at the school's discretion.
3. Instructor Cancellations or Delays
- If Canadian Standard Driving School cancels or delays the course due to unforeseen circumstances, students will be offered the option of rescheduling or receiving a full refund.
4. Refund Requests
- All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@csdrivingschool.ca and must include the student's full name, course start date, and reason for the request.
5. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original method of payment.
